Help with Rank.
 

Is there anyway i can give myself a promotion, the game isnt promoting me. Here are my stats.
1: 21 Patrols for 121 Days
2: Sunk 71 Merchant ships for 470664 tonnage
3: Sunk 10 Warships for 12345 tonnage
4: I have all of the medals
5: I have an experienced crew, some of my officers outrank me.

So i have the newest edition of SH3 Commander and thats it everything is pretty much stock. So Can someone please help me?

Are you playing stock SH3 or you're using any of the mods. If you're playing SH3/GW1.1a or GWX then promotions are linked with renown and not tonnage. You have to reach a particular renown (current not total) value before get promoted. Have a look at these links they explain everything.
