How is one re-supplied?
 

Maybe you guys can help, a reader e-mailed me:

Can you point me in the direction of how one is re-supplied? Tried "Corrientes", found ship but did not know what to do to get supplies.
Second ? Is there a mod for "Hull Down" firing proceedures?

To resupply you need to be fairly close the supply\milkcow - under 30 km i think
Press esc
End mission
Dock at Corrientes

As to hull down - I assume he means decks awash
Depends on the mod he is using - obviously one to get the resupply
In GWX you can set depth for 7mtr and still be classed as surfaced - decks awash

Pull up to the re supplie ship and hit Esc and then click on dock at base. If you are using SH3 Commander it knows when you are docked at a re supplie ship and you will only spend 1 day re suppling. :up:

EDIT To slow again.

As mr chris said you will spend only one day while docked at a resupply ship, plus any extra days needed to fix damages to your boat. Also while you're in the re-supply 'base' you cannot upgrade your boat, but I think you can hire more crew.

To resupply at milkcow, the distance you need to be from location should be around 5k or maybe even less, and not 30k, FYI. :up:
It's 25k for regular ports.
