"Boycott Gitmo lawyers" - DoD Official

Nice to see someone speaking their mind, even if it's freakin' loopy.

Loopy, but also since when have lawyers had scruples. In this country anyway.

I wonder how long it's going to take for the US to sart the trials. An Australian, David Hicks, is most likely the first one up for jugement. He has been there for 5 years and no charge has been laid.

Most people in Australia think it has gone on for far too long without charges being laid. Most don't care if he's guilty or not, because it's taken so long for this to be resolved. The australian government has done very little to help his case and has done nothing to see to rapid fair trial.

I just like to see it come to an end, even if he's bruoght back to Australia to face trial.

Why not? Whatever the outcome, it would be some kind of resolution.
