LWAMI question(esp. to those who created it)

I have the latest version of DW(1.03) and my question is: if I download this file, will it affect the next version of DW(1.04)? or do those at sonalysts already use the LWAMI download?
I read the read me file and I like what I see, but I was just afraid to download it in fears that it would not be compatable with the next version 1.04.
thanks,

To answer your question, it WON'T be compatible with 1.04. SCS, the LWAMI team, and some subsim members emeritus are working on converting LWAMI, once the 1.04 patch is finalized.

The 1.04 patch will be released, and then 1-2 weeks perhaps later the 1.04 compatible version of LWAMI 3.xx will be released.

My advice is to go ahead and use LWAMI with 1.03 now, as the release date of the 1.04 patch, while near, is still unknown.

Cheers,
David

Luftwolf will we have to remove Lwami for the new version to work or wll it just overwrite itself?

This is really thinking ahead of ourselves here, but my recommendation is that you restore your original doctrine and database folders before installing the 1.04 patch.

David

Thanks for the info. I am going to go ahead and install the LWAMI file, cuz the 1.04 patch is still out on patrol. :)
The read me file sold me on the download. I especially like the sonar changes and the AI improvements.

I hope you enjoy LWAMI!

Let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers,
David
