Music in GWX

Does anyone know what the music is in GWX please? And if it is available anywhere?

If you mean the music that plays when the menu screen is up and running its called 'Escape' by Craig Armstrong from the movie Plunkett and Maclean.

I'd actually like to see a gramophone track name listing. I know the names of only a few of the songs. (Still loving the "Victory at Sea" theme...brings back good memories of that show)

Can you blame me for missing it amongst all the pretty ship screenshots and historical info? Thanks!

The wife HATES the theme so much I usually turn it down as it loads. She thinks it is creepy.

The other night I was in the kitchen and I heard "Escape" playing and I was REALLY confused, since I was on patrol and knew I had paused the game.

Turns out it was the TV. They used that music in an ad for a movie about Queen Victoria on PBS. Funny. Link: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/masterpiece/...n/preview.html

If I recall correctly, it was also used here in the UK in a TV programme called "Strictly Come Dancing". No one actually danced to it but it was played when they were reviewing past performances over the whole series.

Not Queen Victoria though, Queen Elizabeth I. She was called "The Virgin Queen" because she never married. It's very likely she carried on at least one affair, possibly several. Victoria was married and had a bunch of kids.
