Ambience Music/Drumbeats for SH3
 

I've have some files I put together that I sometimes like to use for background ambience while playing SH3. Sort of like 'white noise,' these are musical drumbeats to help immerse the "mood."

Thought I'd make them available for those of you who have a twisted mind like me. ;)

I had taken three pieces of music, converted them to wave files, clipped the part out that I wanted, then
by 'cut and paste,' extended their length. Afterwards, the modified clips were converted back to mp3 format.

I could have left them short and play them on a continuous loop, but I wanted something I could put on the SH3 gramophone but still be able to select other tunes, hence their length.

If you download and try any of these, I'd appreciate knowing what you think.

Drumbeat 001 is the opening drumbeat from "March to the Front" by Andrea Waldetoft; extended to 30 minutes. 27.7 MB download.

Drumbeat 002 is taken the opening music of "Hogan's Heroes." Extended to 20 minutes. 16.7 MB download.

I particularly love this one for when I go into the attack.



Drumbeat 003 is extracted from the opening theme of "1492 - Conquest of Paradise" and is extended to 20 minutes. 17.2MB download.

This one I find quite appropriate on those LONG Atlantic crossings.

It'll be on an endless loop on the gramaphone on my next patrol

Actually I'll save it for special occasions.

I'll replace the stock "victory score" that plays after every sinking with it!

Sounds good but unfortunately can't play the Gramaphone, sing or whistle as it drives my Cat crazy !
