Neutral and enemuy countries
 

I had a sail today to the Panama canal to see what goodies were there Aug42 GWX, However when I got there it was foggy, and found it hard what was neutral and what was not I sunk a few american ships which where there, I even tried the pull down thing next to the periscope to view the flags but did not see them unless you can flick through the pages on (which I don't know how to do)or do the flags on that sheet are just on 1 page?
