Good series to read: futuristic space naval warfare

Perhaps not everyone's cuppa tea, but there are a series of books written by David Weber: the Honor Harrington series.

It's science fiction, set in the future, and is very 'naval' oriented. Not only is it written very believably, but the tactics and strategies of space naval warfare, and the weapons and ship designs, are detailed and realistic, too.

Give 'em a shot; I don't think you'll be disappointed! :)

Agreed!

The Honor Harrington books, along with John Ringo's Posleen series, are my favorite current (as in there are still being books written for them) Sci-fi series.
