Another ship comm. question
 

Could anybody explain to me how to give medals and qualifactions using ship commander 3 2.7, cannot seem to figure this one out? Thanks in advance.

Ok
On the career you are using
Click "Actions "
Then " Manage crew "

Your crew page will then open

Click on a crew member

You will see the available medals and badges near the bottom right

Drag a medal\badge into the appropriate box above

Then apply

I'd suggest reading the documentation. There are some limits on what you should do and shouldn't do.
