GWX campaign not loading please help!!!

Hi guys i need your help,

I have GWX on a patched 1.4b Sh3, i ran the naval academy without problems but now in the campaign when i hit start to begin in the loading screen the red bar extends at least 70% then hangs and the game stops responding  Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

I had that happen to me the first time I tried a GWX campaign as well. So I wiped everything and started over with reinstalling everything, I think I had my problem narrowed down to not rolling back SH III Commander before I unistalled SH III and it. So I made sure to manually delete everything, including the SH3 folder in My Documents, reinstalled and everything went fine.

Having to do a full reinstall of everything is sort of a drag, but as long as it works when you're done then it's worth it I figure. Other than something like that, no idea on what to tell you, sorry.

Sounds like it could be as descibed above
Also it may seem like its hanging but its still loading
Bigger campaign files and ship folders = longer loading times

What are you PC Specs BTW
Always helps

The last 30% of the loading bar is the longest part of the wait.

Also, the first time you load everything up it is the longest.

Be patient. It will load.
