Green Bars
 

I apologize if this has been asked and answered somewhere else. But does it benefit me to put more men into a station (if I have emtpy places available in the torp room or whatever) when the bar is already full green overhead? Thank you!

Ahhh but it does help to have an officer on station in a compartment. It also helps to shorten loading times for torpedos fore and aft with an officer working with the men.

Then I will make certain to include an officer in the compartment. Thanks, friend! :D

And make sure the officer have a torp man qualification.

If you promote a select few you can have less men in the compartment.
