Bold Decoy Questions
 

Just added a Bold decoy to my IXC and hove some questions..

1. If I don't use it, will it be there for next patrol??

2. Is there any onboard indications that I have it? I did not see it on any loadout screens..

3. When you launch it (J), do you hear it?? Or else, how do you know it's operating?

4. Likewise, is there any indication that it stopped??

5. How many decoys do you get and how do you know how many are left??

i can only answer question number 1.

yes it will be there (as far as i know)

I can answer a couple more ;-)

It doesn't show on any loadout screens that i know of but you will hear it and get a "deploying decoys" message when you launch them.

Bold stopps when it floats to the surface, sinks, or gets spread out.
There is no indication of when its efficancy is lost.

You know you have it because the icon will not be greyed out anymore.

Are you talking about the ICON from the loadout back at base???

No, the icon you get when you ask your first officer to deploy bold.
