Precisely, what information are they giving you to pinpoint the location of Charlie?
The reason I ask is because the lethal blast diameter of the TLAM is smaller than the distance between the smallest coordinate intervals DW has available (minutes). In other words, delivering a TLAM to a set of coordinates doesn't necessarily mean you will get a lethal hit on a target at those coordinates. You might only come close enough to scuff the paint a little.
If the mission designers had any sense of forethought and decency, they would have either (1) given you a precise location, visible on the map at the fire control station, that you can fire on to acheive a direct hit, (2) placed the target directly on the coordinate so that the player can digitally enter the coordinates (rather than mouse dragging the waypoints) to achieve a direct hit, or (3) placed the target close enough to the coordinate and ordered an appropriately sized number of sorties such that striking the coordinates as in (2) will result in lethal splash damage.
If they haven't done one of these, accuracy by volume is your only recourse. The good news is that the warhead of a TLAM is rated 500, while the HP of the building is only 150 or so. A near miss or two should do the trick.
