Displacement submerged
 

About the"displacement submerged" i see that is indicated for 1070 t about a U-boot VIIC full manned, in documentation found on internet. If that is exact, the values used by sh3 are for u-boot empty !

When i use the new values ( with by example 915 t for displacement surfaced ) the sub moove and roll perhaps closer to the reality.

I thought that the 'displacement' value is the weight of the equivalent volume of water occupied by the boat. Whether it's manned or not shouldn't make a difference to this value as the men inside don't add to the volume of the boat. The weight of the boat in ratio to it's displacement determines it's buoyancy. Therefore, if it's manned and on the surface it will displace more because it's heavier and therefore lower in the water, but when submerged the displacement is at it's maximum and can't get any higher. Is this incorrect?
