are there anyways to change the grapichs like adding bloom? or anti-aliasing and so on

AA + AF are directly controlled by your graphics card control center.

Bloom is enabled in game via (IIRC) Shift + PgUp/PgDn.

If you enable bloom in game it will 'knock' out your AA + AF until Bloom is swithed off again.

(I'm not entirely sure about the key combo for Bloom, so wait for someone to confirm)
