Sleepers on board of U93

was just wondering what is the best way to let your officers sleep????

Im currently on my first campaign, 26th patrol, winter 41 and it seems that all my officers are extremely heavy "sleepers". When they are tired and I put them to "bed", they are not able to get to "full" even during 24 hours.... !!:?:?? wtf???

is that caused by rough waters or what???

danke!!!

Rotate them between the fore and aft crew compartments...if your TC is above x32 they will not be able to recover (nor will they tire for that matter) :D

Well no
If you had fatigue at high TC imagine the effects at 1024
They would be tired in around 30 secs

If you don't want to mess with fatigue, I would highly suggest you download the latest SH3 Commander. Version 2.7 was just released this morning and is a must have program which gives you various other options as well. :)

I keep their butts on duty all the time:nope: I tell them like it or go find another boat to join. Of course I say this when we are out in the middle of the Atlantic! Anyway, as they gain experience they do not get tired as quickly. Also, yes heavy weather does drain the boys a little faster that smooth sailing.
