Hummer vs. School bus

Hummer Versus School Bus

A Hummer and a school bus meet on the street.

The Hummer is no match in this situation.

How fast was that Hummer going?! They don't even go all that fast do they?

CCIP 12-08-06 07:07 PM

My theory is that the collision bumped the bus upward, with the hummer sliding under it, and the bus crushing it down from above.

Otherwise, the US army should consider switching to the school bus for immediate use in Iraq :88)

I do not know technically, but I know on the street I never lost against one, all models, H1, H2 and H3, I leave them in the dust, I only have a Saturn Vue.

Brings new meaning to the phrase "FU, H2!" :)

School Bus merged with Hummer:

:rotfl:

Actually, while these are completely useless for military use, it would be quite cool to ride them to school.

I think the kids would still appreciate a couple of turrets on them :rotfl:

I know the ones we had in Iraq would do over 70. That's where the speedometer would bury so after that i don't know how much faster we would get going.

It's worth noting that under the skin, civilian hummers from the H2 onwards bear almost nothing in common with the military HMMWV. The only model actually based on the military version was the H1, and it's no longer in production.

That looked pretty fatal for the Hummer driver and at least his front seat passenger.

Agree with August.... Anyone know how it went with the people inside the hummer.......?

H1

Does anyone know for sure why the H1 was dicontinued? (I always thought it was the best looking Hummer:cry:). I heard that its sales were declining as the H3 and especially the H2 became the most popular models.

AM general converted their plants that were building the Hummer so that they could build more HUMVEEs for the troops.
