Hackers in navy computer systems
 

I have been looking for an article in the Naval War College Review and could not understand why I could not access their systems.
I have just googled this:http://blogs.abcnews.com/theblotter/...y_hacker_.html
Somebody hacked their system and it has been down ever since.
