Attack Periscope problem

I am having an issue with the attack scope. When raised the water blur does not clear up, even after minutes. However, I am able to use the observation scope normally. The observation scope clears up the water blur after a few seconds.

If anyone could help, my watch officer will be most thankful. As he will be riding the scope and wiping it dry as needed.

Thanks Chance

Welcome aboard ChanceBS :arrgh!:

It will help readers of your post to know what version plus what mods you might be using vanilla, HT, NYGN, GW etc. :yep:
Without this info I'll stab a guess your using SH3Commander and it's the malfunction or sabotage element that's causing the effect your experiencing :D

Good guess, I am running SH3Commander, w/1.4b update, SeaWolves Expansion disk and improved smoke mod.

I guess i'll try a stock install with above excluding SH3 Commander.

Thanks for your imput.

I've had that, I think it is part of the Random Wear and Tear mod that is in SH#commander. It was interesting Raiding Freetown With the OB Scope. ( as you can still target with it. )

Don't do that!!...bloody sacrelege :nope: SH3Commander is a 'must'...most people will tell you that :yep: The game is far better if you keep it :yep:

Take out the 'random' files (I think there are about 5 ) and give that a go
