torpedo intercept wheel

some time ago there was a thread about a whiz-wheel you could make, so that you could use it when preparing for the attack... i tried to search, but i dont know its exact name....:damn:
Does anyone have a link....?

Rapidshare is free, if you push the "free" button on the bottom of the page (not the "premium account" button). :up:

Yes Rotor, is free, just click on the Free button, and a new web page will opens with back counter, when the counter arrive to zero, a new web page opens, it offers you an account, just say no and go to the download page, fill the line with the typewrites, it is to avoid robots, and the download will start up.
