Conning Tower Emblems/Spiffy Sub Skins

I know it's not realistic, but is there any way to make the emblem bigger and more visible, or even put it on the hull of the boat? Also, are there any good mods or skinpacks out there that could make my boat look scarier and more badass? The grey steel hull is nice and all, but if I could paint it jet black with hot-rod flames going down its sides that would be even nicer .

or you know, tiger-shark stripes or anything. -is embarassed-

Well it must be a type-IX, because I refuse to use anything smaller... I've been using a IXB, but I want to upgrade as soon as I get the renown. Unfortunately, I'm not yet sure as to what will be my permanent boat, sorry, I know I'm not being helpful. Hmm... maybe I should take a visit to the drawing board before trying to demand a custom skin job, I don't want to waste the time of a valuable member of the community. Btw, your winter camo skin looks great.

Any word on increasing the size of your conning tower emblem?

danlisa 11-28-06 04:37 PM

The conning tower is restricted to it's current size where it is. However, if it's on the hull it can be any size you want but I think it might be mirrored on the other side(ie backwards) but i'll check.

Danlisa, I'm beginning to have serious doubts as to whether you're human at all.
Lord bless thy artistic skills

Was that pink U-Boat designed for Shegeek? Women like pink

Pumbaa 11-28-06 04:42 PM

First post (I have been lurking for a while now) but yeah the conning tower emblems are too small, can barely see them

Sort of off topic . . . if anyone could come up with a skin with the shark mouth (ala flying tigers) I would use that in a heart beat

Pity, I was about to congratulate you on an effort well done. ;)

danlisa 11-28-06 05:06 PM

@ Wazawak

I'll make a hotrod IXC for you, if that's alright.
