Time for another caption contest!

After seriously mis-placing Stavanger while working on adding it to NorOps, I ended up with the picture below. Rather than feeling stupid at how I hadn't previewed my harbour placement in the editor prior to launching the game:oops:, I thought, hey, let's see what the community makes of it.

Hence, caption contest!

I'll let the caption contest run for two weeks, after which three winners will be chosen.
With "caption" I mean captions, monologue, dialogue, other form of communication, or a combination of the above:p.

As it were last time, I've got some ideas of my own, and as it were last time, I'll save them until the contest is over.
