The most ridiculous of all is that these people take the initiative for themselves, unless many Muslims have been complaining in secret and we haven't noticed it. Sure, just try searching and you'll find an angry Imam and his followers who want to turn Christmass into the "Happy Infidel Slaughtering Day of Forbidden Blood", but if there are Muslims who don't want to impose their eating habits on their good-willing hosts, then between the two, whoever has the majority and whoever is right, who should we choose? Because that's politics outside the rhetorical/demagogue world: choosing, dividing (separating a better word?), making adversaries, within institutional limits.
Bad choice. How many children are we talking about here? How many of them are Muslims? For the trouble she caused, I think the headteacher should pay for a separate Muslim dinner out of her own pocket. Twice. So next year we're guaranteed one less troublemaker. |

Yes, this is what's undermining Christmas.

Is the political correctness BS getting old or what? I'm tired of it . Now the Christian kids are forced to eat some Muslum chicken? Christmas has been attacked now for a few years. This is just one more.

Forget a hot christmas meal here in Australia! It BBQ (seafood is picking up in popularity) cold meat (whatever takes your fancy) and salad.
I've some very interesting meals over the years, but it's always your choice on what you want to eat. If there is a large group of muslim kids at the school, then having a Halal option would be good, but to force it on others is just plain wrong. I suggest you watch out, The vegan's will be asking for all animal products to be removed from christmas dinner!:D |
