berthed ships respawn?
 

Hey, I'd like to know if you sink a berthed ship at any of the ports, will there be a replacement the next time we arrive at the base? Ok, so maybe not the same TYPE of ship, but something else?

Yes, respawn on ships. You will notice after a while that certain places always will have the same ship in the same spot with exception of a few ports that have the large battleships. Just something I noticed.

Yeh, i recall a trip down to cape town and passing by one of the island ports en route - snagged myself a fiji. On the return trip, there it was again, only i didnt get any renown or credit at all for having sunk it the 2nd time.. :doh:

What??? You didn't get any credit for sinking it a second time?! Is it because you sank it twice on the same patrol , or did you sink it the 2nd time in another patrol?

Can someone pls confirm? Also, I assume that they respawn in GW too....

Yes, they respawn in GW also. I'm not sure about the renown if you sink the same ship twice in the same patrol. I never attempted to go back after raiding a port because it just did not seem fair play to me. Besides there are plenty of other places to explore and things to blow up!:up:

Pity the British Admiralty house isn't located on the coast, would have been cool to raise the periscope right above Churchill's window.... like in some cartoons :D
