My suspitions were correct. The files in question have been identified 100% by the GWX Team (Cdre Gibs, who made them himself) and has been found that it is indeed a version of GWX files stolen by donots76, who is releasing them out helping out friends.

So it seems "quick worker" and plaggarist donots76, in spite of his ban, did not learn anything from his lesson and continues to harm the SHIII community.
