hello im new
got sh3 today just wanted to know is there a fixed camara view
cos i just like to sit and watch the uboats the sim is stunning or do you have to
chase it with the arrow keys.
thats all thanks.

Hi, and welcome, mate! If you press the " . " key, you can get an external fixed view (some degree of self inflicted movement if you want). At the bottom of the toolbar to the left on the in-game screen, there is a Free-view button. If you press it, you can control the camera where you want.:up:

The period and comma keys give you a 'locked' view of all the ships, including your own, but only if you have the official 1.4b patch installed. The locked view is not a feature of the basic game.
