Time in port between patrols

A month in port between patrols is not realistic, unless the boat needs repairs or upgrades. If you return with an undamaged boat and don't need any upgrades the normal is 2-3 weeks. A change of uboat type up to 3 months which includes training.

Is it possible to change this in some cfg-file?

The quick and easy way to do this is use SH3 Commander!

Thanks, maybe it's time to employ some of those mods :hmm:

A patrol in a VII can take two months, and even longer in a IX. If I'm supposed to spend a month in port between patrols the war is over before I can log 10 patrols :-?

You can also change the time in port by altering the basic.cfg.
