I'm too cheap to pay for History channel. I already complain about my $9 cable bill that gets me Discovery channel, etc.!!!

I still get 30 something odd channels. I never watch much TV though so I don't need anymore.

Looks like all American stuff. I like them all, but no Battle of Britain, no World War I; missing too much of the good stuff.

I forgot to mention, I had full blown cable with almost all the channels before but no one ever sent me a bill for like 5 years. After 5 years someone shut it off so maybe they figured it out, but I never asked for it.

I highly recommend you catch the Dec. 15 show about the Battle off Samar for an illustration of valor and gallantry against overwhelming odds. Below is a link to a great website that chronicles the details and history of the Battle with actual photos.

Looks like it has potential. I agree about it all being American battles. Maybe there will be a second season that expands to other air forces? I'll be sure to watch it Friday!!
