What is with the guy in drag called, I think, 'a night in bangkok', for I think 160-170 posts.

Is this a joke or is it a hacker?

I think it's exactly what it is: what can happen to a wet-behind-the-ears swabbie (or even an old salt) if they aren't careful and have a few too many mugs o' grog in a foreign port. ;) :p
