SH5 TWoS, sunk 2 in poland but got 4 credited.
 

Hey, i started a new game with TWoS, it installed fine, and i start the campaign like it is described, i started it, saved in bunker, back to main menue and load the save game, and i went on patrol. Everything works as usual, it is not my first time playing the mod, no problems there.

But after i base in kiel like i was ordered after i complete the 2 objective in danzig bay, and saved the game in bunker to quit for the night, the end statistic shows that i sunk 4 ships with ~14000t in total. But that is not right i sunk only 2 ships with about ~3000t each, so ~6000 total.

So, where do the 2 extra ships come from? What is up with that?

Ah and as i came closer to kiel, the game crashed as it wanted to auto save, the save was created fine it seems, it did load fine. Could it have something to do with the crash on auto save? Is there a way to turn these off? Should i load back to the last save before the crash for some reason?

It seems TWoS us now realistically simulating the notorious overclaiming of tonnage sunk by U-Boat captains :-)

Yes, this is happening only on exit screen stats, not sure why though. It isn't much of the problem IMO and it is not connected to any CTD scenario...

Ask the Reichs Propaganda Ministerium. They are behind it for sure!
