I guess that question can bei copied to all harbours in Stock SH3.
To your question... I don't know. I only have very basic skills in 3D and could create these new bunkers.
Maybe in summer holidays I will try to make some new harbours. Brest or Kiel should be recreated urgently.

Or do you want to so them?

If I had skill to do this (I mean 3D modelling and texturing), I would have already begun such a work ! :cry:

Good question! I never tested this with Wise and Kovall (Ahnenerbe) u-boats.
Testers did also not comment this.
