Been flying for a few weeks. 6 or 7 missions with 7 kills claimed so far. Good bunch of people and good fun in Sicily until we got turfed out.

Yea. we got kicked out of sicily too... We had to steal bikes to get home... Goring wouldnt lend us a plane. :rotfl:

Well we managed to escape with our 109s relatively itnact - bar a few "accidents" and what the ground chief classes as "dings", although command is looking at sending us back to Germany or Austria for some rest and refitting before being sent out to our new theatre - which we are voting on at the moment from some pretty cool options both Western Front and Eastern Front.
We are also about to release our 1.2 JG53 mod pack which has a whole tonne of new content, the last few bugs and late additions are just going in, and providing Anto gets things sorted with a few of his buddies at AAA we could be seeing a few of these in the very near future:

AFAIK they scrapped the original started a new one but I am not sure whether they have started over again. I know to do it is a lot of work but their attitude sometimes does stink.

They could have released one that "borrowed" a cockpit and gunner positions MONTHS ago, but because they want it done 100% correctly first time they keep going over and over and over the same old ground changing little details and scrapping hours of work.
Fustrating but not a lot we can do unfortunately!
