Lol, you got me! I did not notice the April Fools disclaimer.

Not that the situation in the Pacific looks any better. The way things are going that sea is going to be a Chinese Mare Nostrum. They have the patience to wait for weak US presidents and the technical aptitude to be the strongest economic/scientific power.
