And I'd also like to thank Aramike for having this idea and seeing it through. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't mean a lot, but it makes us feel more like the community we are, and that does mean a lot.

Heh wow I'm shocked I must say. I don't know how I won moderator of the year. Particularly since my patrol area is just the general games area which is generally pretty quiet. Also I don't see why I deserve it when we have so many great moderators here, did most of ya disqualify yourselves or something? :hmmm:

You know, if it wasn't for all the forum/mod politics, and my unwillingness to don the paper mache mask of civility and engage in circle talk, id probably look like a saint. :haha:

And, as Admin of the site, I want to point out that the members of the Awards Committee voluntarily served knowing they would not be eligible for awards. And I am sure several of them would have been strong contenders, if not for being on the committee.
