Difficulty settings "ladder"...Why?
 

I like this game...PC version. However, I would love to play with my own custom difficulty options without going through the hassle of playing through all the previous levels of play first. Is there no way around this?:shucks:

There actually is a cheat for this:

1) From the main menu, go to "Settings"
2) Click the TOP RIGHT corner of the screen 7 times (you'll hear a click sound when you hit the invisible button)
3) Select the newly-added "Unlock all difficulties" button
