Hello is there a way to cheat (edit files and etc.) to get promoted sub class?

probably not.
i've not discovered it if it exists.
you need at least three missions with a rating of three.
at most, if you were desperately desperate, you could probably edit the career file and change your last two missions' ratings to threes and change your overall rating to match, but you could not fake/phony/cheat your current mission. you would have to earn the third "three" rated mission.
why not play it straight and earn it the normal way?:hmmm:
