So, I'm on my second patrol using GWX/SH3C and im beginning to wonder how the new weather mods will look, as my first patrol had very mild weather.

Well.......

Bernard's now puking all over the sub, and it ain't his cooking this time. 3-4 days of this so far, and just as the war starts too! Hard to find contacts when your lookouts you tied to the bridge have all drowned, and there aren't any more volunteers.

Well the boat got into a harmonic with the waves, and it would go from 15m+ down and pop up to a boat height or two above the waves.

I've been running submerged as long as possible, but i gotta get fresh air eventually. Running at flank speed only gets a few knots at best usually.

LOL, just watched a trawler dive so far from plunging into a wave it sank!

I myself saw a German trawler sink once in very bad weather. We passed it off the German coast and they seemed to be doing fine - then about an hour later, the sunk ship icon appeared on the map. Pretty eerie to know that stuff like this did (and still does) happen at sea.

No nothing. Once I had the watch crew OK but the watch officer had his raincoat on. I don't mind though, may be a bug.

Racerboy (AKA TheDarkWraith) made them in the first place, and Anvart made them go up and down. I just pointed you in the right direction. Glad you can look at them now. :sunny:

Damaged German Speerbrecher class patrol craft

I found this on 19 January 1940 in grid AN95 heading to Willmeshaven.
First time I ever saw that thing.
Edit : This is the reason Two British DDs following him.
Edit No2 : Check the stern of the DD. He is on a mine laying operation. Their speed was 35 Kts
Edit No3 : And then the unexpected happened. The Luftwaffe attacked but the DDs even used their 5in guns and shot them down. The first time they showed up to help they messed things up!
(The images are in reverse order , sorry)
