Rittenhouse's successful use of "self defense" in the state criminal trial pretty much negates any civil rights charges at the federal level. Wrongful death lawsuits won't fare any better then the Wisconsin criminal trial for the same reason.

For us it is over, Not for Rittenhouse though He will receive death threats. Most likely he would need protection.

When i read about this this morning there was no hint of a terrorist or politically-motivated incident. I did not read anything about BLM, not even at Fox News. Only hint was the criminal suspect was "fleeing from a crime".
Of course he is black.
