not enough crew?????
 
Wow just lost a great career !!! I was in a VII B9th patrol

out of the blue got "not enough crew" abandon career

I fought no battles and no damage was posted

this message came with no warning of any kind. Was in north Sea at time heading back to Kiel base I run GWX ver 3

Can anyone help here I was grewed with 51 guys (which is what I started with)

help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It may help to know I use sh commander (latest version ) have game
play settings checked for "use fatigue model"

then select "no fatigues"

hope some one can offer a suggestion as to what went wrong!!!

Not really. Only that your "no fatigue" setting is not working it seems. You get that kind of message when the sum of crew fitness/fatigue level in the compartment goes below some threshold. Don't know what went wrong otherwise.

Make sure the game or SH3 Commander is not installed in Program Files. And that you set to (auto) roll back between play sessions.

sounds like a fatigue issue.
either your crew's individual endurance or resilience dropped to low to effectively man your boat.
did you leave the crew at battle stations for an extended period of time?
that is the typical manner in which crew fatigue overwhelms them.
we've all done that.
