ARB wide gui Problems The graduation marks on the Periscope never turn green
 

I have tried The ARB wide gui 1920X1080 Final mod, it is a great Gui mod but I have some questions: everynight in the game, the graduation marks on the Periscope never turn green,they remain black ,only the cross hair line in the center position turns green.Is this normal??

It is necessary to understand what was the highlight in real life. The authors of the mod saw it this way.
