MEP 5 is your environment hence what is controlling the night lighting. If you haven't tried adjusting your monitor to be brighter maybe try that.

John,

Didn't Kpt. Lerhmann mention that using MEP mods mess with GWX sensors and enviroment?? I removed it from the mods used with GWX.

francho1961,

I am wondering if MEP 5. was removed it might correct the night vision for you.

Good hunting,
FUBAR295

Yes he did, not sure if it was only one MEP version or all of them. I'll do a search in a bit.
Francho1961, yes removing MEP will take it's dark nights away.

Here is what was said about MEP 6 anyway, thanks Bob.
Though unrelated I should mention that I solved my night vision problems mentioned in that thread by using the correct envsim.act with H.sie's night vision patch.
I had unknowingly been using an envsim.act that didn't work with H.sie's night vision patch.
