Stock Mines?

I was wondering about the prevalence of stock mines in SH3. I've heard that mines usually guard British harbors, so that puts me off enough to stay away, because i'm not precise enough to navigate through it. I could easily harbor raid in Sh4 however, but I put it off from all of the crashes. So, how often do mines show up, and where usually are they found in stock sh3?

Can't say I have ever seen any mines in SH3, maybe others have?

Darn. I can harbor raid freely now!:Kaleun_Cheers: But then again, I do remember seeing minefields in the editor.

In modded SH3 there is. And I have died few times because of them. In stock I am not sure. Open mission editor and open campaign SCR you should or don't see minefields.

Ok, in Stock There is minefields and anti ship nets guarding harbors. but they seem to vary in quality. Sometimes, their positions only really block off some movement from the side, which isn't too bad. But other times, it completely constricts movement to a narrow corridor. The channel and Gibraltar also has some minefields laying around too. The coast of Britain has mines and anti-sub nets in strategic areas, such as the the Northern Ireland coastal area. This is all based off of the SCR.mis.
