CAnnot enter the hydrophone station

Help.

I cant enter the hydrophone station and I suspect that the hydrophone dosent work at al.
I have the upgraded hydrophone/sonar thing (300 renown, cant remember name) and the GWX3 mod installed.

What do i do?
