Before, try use modern version winrar, x64

Unable to install on Windows 10, it says "This app can't run on your PC"

Was able to install, but when I try to launch the included exe and I get the same error message, tried all the O/S compatibility (+Run as Admin) that I could find, but no luck alas!

I do not understand besides that this one is not more to play because it is the best ... all works
