Russian submariners first dive initiation
 

Seems the Russians have a celebration when a sailor makes his first dive on a Russian submarine ... They have him drink 500ml of sea water.

Have seen it many times on videos they unscrew a bulb fill it with sea water and drink quite unique the brits do catch the dolphins with rum too
