panzer commander help
 

Hello, i just purchased a new panzer commander game and a new dell laptop with vista. the problem is i am not able to install the game. it looks like it is installed but it won't play. when I try and start it up the screen freezes at the beggining of the level. I then have to do a ctrl-alt-del to get things to start working again.
