SH3 Mini Tweaker?

Can anyone provide a download link for SH3 Mini Tweaker? All of the links that I could find on this site are dead. I wish to tweak my sub in SH4 and from what I understand, the SH3 Mini Tweaker works with SH4.

Hope somebody here can help, thanks in advance.

If you remember the author's name, use Maiks serious SH3-Mod archives from the SH3 Mods Workshop. I cannot recall their name myself at this time... my battery banks need re-charging... :roll:
