ZW install is not right. and same problem as eddie.

In mission1 is included mission6 as folder. So i cut it and put that folder into the right place. Then that message appeared as mentioned by eddie.

But i found in mission6 Campaign2

Mission_6

MO_Mission_6

Save_Mission_6

LC

Ok LC I will fix that on my end and repair the new Patch file
meanwhile see after you delete the file "4MeterBoxUnit.script"

Location:

C:\Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger\Scripts\Units

:hmmm: you may have to clear the cache file and reboot to clear the virtual
cache.

One way LC is to just start the TVT editor and wait a few seconds and exit. You will find editor.exe in

Location:

C:\Lighthouse Interactive\T34vsTiger\

PS don't forget to put these files in the windows/system32 folder

eddie 04-02-10 02:41 PM

All missions starting just fine here ZW! Took a look at the new Kursk mission, going to be a bit tough on the FR's I believe, never got into the mission, but just panning around the Tiger was a bit jerky. Lots of tanks in front of it on the hill, might be the culprit in that group?

BTW, have to clear the cache after the Kursk mission, problem with textures not showing in the other missions. Like Lc, if I don't, get a ctd. Not sure how to do that without doing a restart of the game itself. I have made a shortcut of the bat file that clears the cache, but can't minimize the sim to get to it, have to leave the sim itself completely.

Another question

When we downloaded your first patch with 367 Mb these MSVCR files were automaticly installed or not because they were in in that TvT folder.

After installing these files i had that trouble with CTD and reboot of my pc

Ok eddie press the F9 key to get the FPS and you will see them in the in
the top left corner.

The thing to do is to drive straight north as soon as possible because when
the other Tigers start they will be moving out at about 17-20Kph.

And if you could, would you display your system specs for others to see
and get an idea of what to expect?

File names to be deleted:

1.) msvci70.dll

2.) msvcp71.dll

3.) msvcr70.dll

4.) msvcr71.dll

5.) GDIPLUS.DLL

Ok re-install them in the system32 folder then. We know now that they are
necessary. You can delete those same files from the T34vsTiger folder and reboot and see if that helps.

The game is essentially a compiler it reads the script files and creates binary files from them and they are what the game engine actually reads from.

The in-game save is something that would be great. However you will be
dealing with a binary save and that again would (I believe) conflict with the cache files. But it would be worth experimenting with to be sure.
