thx, sorry but i ainŽt a high res. captured with fraps, i dont know how else to make a screen, but maybe iŽll try a bit with my little paint prog to resize it....

horrgakx 11-30-06 05:04 PM

I think Fraps simply captures your native desktop resolution, so you're running 800 by something-or-other there. Pretty low really, have you tried upping it?

Ole 11-30-06 05:21 PM

hm, using a laptop with 1280x800, thats not very good to take screens i think

lol, still got that little video i made for a friend:

Convert it to the highest quality vector filetype, resize, convert back to a regular pixel filetype.

could you explain that please? i donŽt know what a vector filetype is, thx

horrgakx 12-02-06 04:12 AM

Yeh I'm not sure about that either. A "vector" file type is a line drawing. Surely that wouldn't be suitable for a 'photograph' type image?

I am also using a 1200 x 800 laptop, you can use a little freeware called Grab Clip Save and you choose the resizing of your pics. Works in background for every game and you just need to hit PrtScr when you need. You can choose format, saving place, etc...
