Private messages
 

At the top of the page under my name it says that I have 19 private messages but when I click on it there is nothing in my inbox or sent folders.Where have they gone?

I made the same mistake in the beginning-Saw there was x private messages and nothing in the inbox-It turned out that we have a friendship page, where you can ask other subsim members to become friends.

So maybe all these 19 are friend request.

They will be messages from over a decade ago when I used to be more active on here. I would like to read them again.

I suddenly remember when Neal made a clean-up on the private message areas-He did this some years ago, can't recall which year it was.

I don't know if a messages disappear after a while when the receiver is inactive for some month or year. That they have an expiry date, after been sent.

Hmm but then these highlighted numbers(19 in your case)Shouldn't be there-if they have been removed when Neal made the clean-up or they fell under the expiry date.

Try to message Neal or Jimbuna.
